KATY PATTEN serves as Comfort and Love Wichita’s Operations Director. Ms. Patten manages all on-site operations including resident care, staff oversight, family relations, administrative functions, and marketing. She served over 10-years as Director of Operations at KMH (80+ bed senior care facility) in Wichita. Prior to KMH she was Director of Social Services at CBC in Clearwater, KS for over 10 years.
RAJ LAL, LPN serves as Comfort and Love’s Clinical Director. Raj oversees all medical technician duties, conducts resident assessments, coordinates resident’s medical needs, and helps welcome new residents. Raj is currently studying to receive his RN and he is on-call 24/7.
PAMELA HAMMEL, RN serves as our Nurse Supervisor for situations requiring Registered Nurse supervision.
BRANDON BENTZ MD, FACS, RALS serves as Senior Medical Advisor at Comfort and Love Senior Care Homes. Dr. Bentz is an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician and Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and advance trained in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology.. He has served as Chief of Otolaryngology at Salt Lake Veterans Administration Hospital, and head of Otolaryngology at medical centers in Northern California, Washington State, and Colorado. and is a certified RALS (Residential Assisted Living Specialist).
JIM GUARINO, RALS is CEO of Comfort and Love Senior Care Homes and responsible for operational oversight including business development, sales and marketing, and finances. Mr. Guarino’s has 40+ years’ business experience in multiple industries.
Jim is recognized as a leading senior care business advisor having consulted hundreds of senior care home operators throughout the United States in association with the Residential Assisted Living Academy in Phoenix, AZ. He sits on the Board of Advisors for the Residential Assisted Living National Association (RALNA).
Mr. Guarino is a two-time Amazon #1 best-selling author. His recent book, “The Insider’s Guide to Investing in Senior Housing” is considered the gold standard for understanding today’s senior housing investment opportunity. Jim had been licensed as an assisted living Administrator and is a certified RALS (Residential Assisted Living Specialist).
JOSEPH GREAVES, RALS is President of Comfort and Love Senior Care Homes. Joe has extensive background in managing real estate projects up to $66M. Mr. Greaves brings extensive real estate development, construction, and management skills to each of his projects. He has delivered ground-up builds for Wal-Mart (3 dozen+ projects) and Trans-West Trucks, and managed as many as 220 employees, vendors, subcontractors, designers, engineers, specialty trades, along with other on-site personnel. Mr. Greaves is a certified RALS (Residential Assisted Living Specialist).
